Triple Berry Chia Popsicles

My boys are really into making popsicles lately and we came up with a good one today!

They are flavorful and healthy. Plus, they are high in vitamins, fiber, and protein.


Ingredients:
2 cups frozen Triple Berry Blend (raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
1/3 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Water

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Pour into popsicle mold and freeze.
