Healthy Banana Bread Breakfast Muffins

I woke up this morning at a decent time and made these super yummy Banana Bread Muffins. I don't know about you but I tend to eat breakfast at 10am when I should be having my morning snack. It's a bad habit that I am working on changing it and these muffins are going to help me with that.

I'm super lazy in the morning and yet it's one of our busiest times. My 5 year is a picky eater and likes bagels and cream cheese for breakfast...EVERY morning. Can you say boring? However he does love banana bread but we could and will devour it throughout the day. Perfectly portioned muffins is the way to go in this house! We can grab it and go if we are running late and make ahead of time. Did you hear that? 
MAKE AHEAD OF TIME!!! Oh, I love the sound of that.

  1. Thank you for sharing this recipie! I'm going to make them today, but I like nuts in my banana bread... So I'm going to add walnuts & chia seeds for extra protein & fiber! They'll be the perfect morning breakfast:)
