Berry Pecan Protein Smoothie Recipe & Freezer Meal

This summer I came up with an AMAZING idea. I decided to turn my love of smoothies into Smoothie Freezer Meal Workshops! 

Wondering what it is?
A Smoothie Freezer Meal Workshop is an in home event where people come to your home and prepare 2 weeks of pre-made, drop into the blender, freezer meal smoothie packs.


It's pretty AWESOME!! They are a ton of fun and time saving. Below is one of the recipes we made this Summer. The video also shows you how to prepare the smoothie as a freezer meal first if you would like to make a bunch in advance.


 

 

Berry Pecan Protein Smoothie Freezer Meal

 What you'll need:
1 Quart Freezer Bag
1/2 cup Blackberries (frozen or fresh)
2 Tbs Pecans
1-2 scoops Strawberry Shaklee Life Shake 
(1 scoop for a snack; 2 scoops for a meal)

Directions: Place everything in the freezer bag and shake it up. Place it in the freezer for later.

Later: Drop the contents of the freezer bag in a blender. Add 1 cup milk of your choice. Blend & Enjoy!


Or you can make it right away :)
