Chai Tea is one of my favorite flavors. I love it hot or cold, in the Summer or Fall. Now turn that Chai Tea Latte into a breakfast that contains nutrients clinically proven to help create the foundation for a longer, healthier life. SCORE!
Don't have time in the morning to prepare a smoothie? Perfect! You can prepare your smoothies ahead of time by placing the ingredients in a freezer bag and putting it in the freezer until your ready to blend up your smoothie. Both recipes are included below!
Enjoy Now:
6-8 oz. Chai Tea (Tazo Chai Tea Latte or make your own)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 oz. Milk of your choice (optional)
Blend all ingredients together and pour over ice.
ENJOY!
Enjoy Later - Smoothie Freezer Meal
Freeze beforehand in an ice cube tray:
6 oz. Chai Tea (Tazo Chai Tea Latte or make your own)
1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Place into a 1 quart sized freezer bag:
6 oz. Frozen Chai Tea
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Place bag in freezer until you are ready to make your smoothie.

When you are ready to have your smoothie just place the frozen contents of the freezer bag into the blender. Add 2 oz. milk of your choice, ice as needed and blend until smooth. ENJOY!!
